Every property and event planner has a sales budget. Keeping track of your monthly revenue, ADR, and catering budget is a must so we keep it simple.
1. Click on the Settings tab
2. Select the Sales Budget header
3. Click into the field of choice, such as Revenue, ADR or A/V
4. Enter the estimated budget value
It is important to note as well that your GRC(Group Rooms Contol) Report will not populate if your budget is not completed. So remember to fill this out so you can use our reporting functionality to its fullest extent.
