You now have the ability to create automated tasks in you Social Tables Sales and Catering CRM. Please follow the steps below or watch this quick video!
1. Go to the Settings tab in your account and select Task Automation. There you will find a preloaded Task Automation that we created for you. To turn them on, please flag them from inactive to active.
2. When creating a new task, you can select a trigger from any booking status to another.
3. Once you have chosen your triggers, you can then set up the tasks which you would like to have created. Each Task needs a Name, Type, Due Date, and default Assignee. Once you have the task set up remember to click the save changes button in the lower left.
