Creating and Editing Accounts

Accounts can be created in three locations. They can be created through the accounts tab, when creating a lead, or when creating a booking. 

1. On the left panel, please select the account tab. Once within the accounts tab, in the top right corner you will see the option to create account. Only an account name is needed to save the account, all other fields are optional. 


2. You are able to create an account when creating a lead. Under general information there will be an account field. If you type in the name of a new account, a dropdown will appear and you will want to click on this. It will prompt a pop up box which will allow you to save the account. 



3. You are also able to add an account when creating a booking. Under general information will be an account field. If you type in the name of a new account, a dropdown will appear and you will want to click on this. It will prompt a pop up box which will allow you to save the account. 



  • Need to edit or delete an existing account? Press the account tab on the left panel and click the 3 stacked dots to the far right of the account name to edit or delete
