Creating and Editing Contacts

Contacts can be added through the contacts tab, when creating a lead or when creating a booking. When creating a contact, only the first name and last name are required fields. 

1. To create a contact through the contacts tab, navigate to the left side panel. Here you will see the contacts tab. Once in this section, you will see in the top right corner the create contact button. 



2. When creating a lead, under general information will be a contact field. If you type in the name of a new contact, a dropdown will appear and you will click on that. It will prompt a pop up box which will allow you to save the contact. 



3. When creating a booking, under general information will be a contact field. If you type in the name of a new contact, a dropdown will appear and you will want to click on this. It will prompt a pop up box which will allow you to save the contact. 


  • Need to edit or delete an existing contact? Press the Contact tab towards the left panel and click the 3 stacked dots to the far right of the contact name to edit or delete
