Open the Analytics for each sales proposal from the Sales Dashboard (or view all your team's sent sales proposals from the Sales Dashboard button in the upper-right).

See who has viewed the proposal, when they last viewed it, and how much time they've spent on each page!

Closing a Proposal

After your client has made a decision, mark the sales proposal as Closed Won and select which Option was chosen by your client... or mark it as Closed Lost. Use this data to better understand what type of Proposals are winning business and what types need adjustment!
