Q. Is this a completely new version? Will my layouts, favorites, and diagrams still be there after migrating?
A.You'll still find all of your favorite tools, features, and diagrams with a fresh new look. We know the effort that goes into creating events, so ensuring a seamless transition is our top priority!
Q. Will diagrams created in the previous version still be useable?
A. Any diagrams created in the legacy version will remain in the original format and you can still use what you've created. Any newly created diagrams or duplicated events will be in the fresh new design!
Q. How long does this migration take?
A. The migration to the new design is instant! You'll be using the new upgrade as soon as you opt in.
Q. Can I just move some team members but not everyone?
A. Everyone on your team will migrate and make the switch at the same time. Feel free to attend Live Training Session to learn more prior to switching.
Q. How do I attend Training?
A. Attend a Live Training Session offered Monday-Friday. Click to sign up for an Introduction to Diagramming Session. You'll be able to see a full overview of the latest from Social Tables, discover where to find your favorite tools and features and ask plenty of questions.
