Adding rows, sections, and numbering the chairs in your theater diagram is fun and easy.
Let's get started! Follow these simple steps to theater labeling success.
Adding a section to your theater template:
Step 1. After you've placed a theater template into your floorplan click to highlight the theater template
Step 2. Look to the left focus panel and scroll down until you see the Theater Labeling header
Step 3. Click into the Section Label field and type in your text and the section will appear in the diagram!
Adding row labeling to your theater template
To further organize the theater labeling you may choose to add row labels.
Follow these steps:
Step 1. After you've placed a theater template into your floorplan click to highlight the theater template
Step 2. Look to the left focus panel and scroll down until you see the Theater Labeling header
Step 3. Toggle on Row Labeling
Step 4. Select to apply ABC or 123 labeling. You have the option to reverse the order and skip specific numbers and or letters as well as selecting the starting letter or number for the rows
Adding chair numbering to your theater template
Step 1. After you've placed a theater template into your floorplan click to highlight the theater template
Step 2. Look to the left focus panel and scroll down until you see the Theater Labeling header
Step 3. Toggle on Chair Numbering
Step 4. Select Consecutive, Odd, or Even from the menu
Step 5. Customize even further by denoting the number you'd like the chair numbering to begin on
Lastly, all of these labels can be toggled to an on or off status from the View menu in the top left of your screen.
