Diagram Check

Diagram check enables users to set standards within their diagrams such as distance between chairs, distance between tables and maximum capacity and to be alerted to any areas of concern.

Enabling Diagram Check

To toggle on Diagram Check click on File in the upper-left hand corner then select Run Diagram Check.

Next, insert parameters such as space between chairs, tables, objects and maximum occupancy. Once entered click Save and Run Check.

Any areas of concern will be highlighted in red and listed in the right-panel. Once the elements have been corrected the highlight will disappear and the message will say Diagram meets all standards. Standards can be changed or toggled at any time by selecting Edit Standards at the bottom of Diagram Check.

To apply Diagram Check to objects select +Add Objects from the right-panel. From here click on objects, tables or chairs to add or remove from Diagram Check. Objects that will be included in Diagram Check will appear in blue, objects that can be added will appear in green. To remove an object, chair, or table from Diagram Check click the minus sign to remove.

Measurement Guides are a helpful way to see the distance between tables. Measurement guides will appear when selecting a table and moving it towards another table.
