Accessing Live Chat, Software Training, and the Help Center

Live Training Sessions

Becoming a Social Tables power user is only a few steps away! We offer free live training sessions five days a week on a variety of Social Tables subjects.

Live Chat

Look to the top right and click on the question mark. From the dropdown menu select "Live chat". Ensure that you've entered the email address that is associated with your Social Tables account because that helps us help you faster. 


Locating and using our Help Center as a learning tool: 

Our Help Center is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to your entire team. We've thought of almost everything that you might ask about and have created articles that are targeted towards visual learners. In the top right click on the question mark and select Help Center from the dropdown.

 

Once you've selected Help Center from the dropdown menu you will be taken to our Help Center. Scroll down and click Event Services , Event Sales , or CRM Sales & Catering to read all about each offering and the features in greater detail.
