Easily import and sync your attendee list from Cvent Registration with the following steps or watch this video!
Click on the pink attendee button in the left hand toolbar then select Add Attendee List.
Next, you will be prompted to enter your Cvent credentials. These will be different from your Social Tables credentials.
Once signed into Cvent Registration you will be able to search through and select an attendee list.
After selecting an attendee list you may map the fields from your registration list to the fields in Social Tables. This process is similar to a mail merge. Use the Search to find exactly what you're looking for.
Once the fields have been mapped your guest list will import and attendees will appear on the left side in the Attendee Panel. From here you can drag and drop attendees into their seats and edit their information in the attendee grid.
As attendees continue to register or edit their registration a notification will appear in Social Tables with the option to update the guest list.
