Grouping Guests

Easily group guests together so attendees stick together on a diagram. 

1. Select the Attendee Management button in the Toolbar to navigate to your guest list

2. Locate the Group Column within the Attendee Grid

3. Create a group by double-clicking within a cell next to an Attendee. Type in the name of the group then click +Add Group. Groups can be named or numerical, it's up to you! 

4. Once the group has been created you can add attendees to the same group by double-clicking in the corresponding cell and selecting the group name from the drop-down.

5. To assign multiple Attendees to a group click on the selector box next to their name then click the Group icon.

6. You can assign attendees to a table from within the Attendee Grid or by navigating back to the diagram to drag and drop. Either way, you'll notice that guests who are grouped together will follow each other to the same table. 

Tip: Groups should never exceed the size of the table. If necessary you may need to break groups up into smaller sections such as Disney 1, Disney 2. 


Select the Attendee Management button in the toolbar. 


Assign Attendees to a group or bulk group attendees together.


Assign attendees to a table from within the Attendee Grid or by navigating back to the diagram to drag and drop. Either way, you'll notice that guests who are grouped together will follow each other to the same table.


Ungrouping Guests

To remove an attendee from a group double click the group name from within the attendee grid. You can also ungroup an entire group by multi-selecting attendees and clicking the Ungroup icon in the Attendee Toolbar.
