Changing Template Colors

Changing the color of your templates is a great way to add a personal touch to your diagrams in Social Tables!

The color of tables or chairs within a template can only be adjusted in sections or individually.

Changing Template Color by Section

1. Once you've placed the desired template on your diagram, select shift + click and drag over the section of objects you wish to adjust.

Doing so will automatically open the right editing panel.

2. Clicking the color option will bring up a color editing menu, where you can select from pre-made color options, use the color map, or enter hex color values.

Default Colors: The bar at the bottom of the color menu shows default colors, which is a quick way to recolor your chairs. The checkerboard option is a transparent color, which will make the interior of your object transparent.

Color Map: You can also use the color map to have a visual way to fine tune the color you desire. You can change the primary color by clicking a selection on the horizontal color, and change the shade of that color by using the gradient map above.

Hex Values: If you know the hex value of the color you would like to change, you can copy and paste that value into the hex box.

Changing Color of Individual Objects in a Template

1. Once you've placed the desired template on your diagram, double click on the object you wish to adjust.

2. Adjust color accordingly using the same steps as Changing Template Color by Section.
