To access Check-In from within Diagram navigate to the top tool bar and select File > Access in Check-In Web
To see more about Attendee Settings within Diagram navigate to Attendee Settings.
Select multiple guests and Group them together from the options above the guest list. Guests in a Group will display the number of additional guests in the upper-right of their guest card.
Click that number to edit the name of the Group, or remove individual guests from the Group. You can also use the Ungroup button above the guest list, which appears with the Group button when multiple guests are selected.
Tags are primarily used to flag a guest with additional information and do not behave like the Group function. Create new Tags from within the Edit Guest window by typing the new name and pressing enter on your keyboard. For example, if you have a keynote speaker, musician, diplomat, or Gold Donor attending your event Tags can be added and a text notification can be sent out once that guest arrives and checks-in to your event. Select Tags view and manage all guests associated with that tag or meal.
