To navigate to Check-In Web simply click on the File menu in the upper-left hand corner of your diagram, then select Access in Check-In Web.
Tip: You'll want to be sure to allow pop-ups from Social Tables as Check-in will open in a new tab.
There are a number of different guest reports available for export from the Check-In screen in the export drop-down.
Export the full Check-In guest list in a CSV format. This is helpful if you are using your attendee data to import into another tool or database.
Tip: A CSV (Comma Separated Values) file can be opened in Microsoft Excel or uploaded into Google Sheets.
Export the full Check-In guest list in excel specific formatting.
Export a PDF lookbook document with guest information.
Create name badges with guest information.
Export a summary of guests by table. This is a helpful report to have on hand to give to your catering or service staff to view guest information table by table including names, meal selections, number of empty seats.
