Add, Duplicate and Swap a Room

You can easily Add, Duplicate or Swap out a Diagram from within your event. Create different options for your clients, make a back-up copy or swap out your diagram for an entirely new space! 

Adding a Room

Add a room to your event to represent a breakout session or additional function space. 

  1. From the toolbar click on the Diagram button
  2. Select +Create Diagram
  3. Scroll or Search for the room you would like to add to your event
  4. Click on the Room then click the Check Mark to add to the event

Tip: Use this feature to map out an entire event including breakout sessions

Duplicating a Room

Duplicate a room to provide an alternative set-up or to showcase a room flip.

  1. From the toolbar click on the Diagram button
  2. Click on the three vertical dots of the room you would like to duplicate
  3. Select Duplicate
  4. Notice the duplicated room will appear in your Diagrams panel

Tip: Duplicate a room to show room flips 



Swapping a Room

Has your room changed or has the RSVP count increased beyond capacity? Whatever the reason you can easily swap out your room for another in your Venue library. 

  1. Navigate to the room you'd like to swap
  2. From the toolbar click on the Diagram button
  3. Click on the three vertical dots of the room you would like to swap
  4. Select Swap Floor Plan
  5. Scroll or Search for the room you would like to swap to
  6. Click on the new room. Your objects from the previous room will load into the newly select diagram. Note that you may need to make adjustments to place the objects appropriately. 

Tip: Select all of the objects with the Selector tool to move the objects into place!
